Introducing the SmarDen's smart home app
The SmarDen smart home app is a smart home application that lets you add multiple smart home devices and control your electrical appliances like lights, fans, tv, ac, heater, smart switches, smart touch switches, smart doorlocks etc. directly from your smartphone from anywhere in the world. The mobile application communicates with the Smarden devices that are connected to the wifi and from there to the SmarDen IoT platform. The communication between the devices and the smart home app is completely secure and all the data that is transferred from the devices to the cloud and from there to the smart home application is completely encrypted and secured with all the best industrial practices.
The hierarchy of the mobile application is similar to that of your home, like our homes, the user also has to create a home in the smart home app, and from there once the home is created, he can then add multiple rooms inside the home and then add multiple devices in those rooms, this hierarchy makes the smart home appl very simple, user-friendly and easy to use so that people from age 5 – 100 can easily use smarden mobile application.
As we also have our family members living with us in our home, in a similar way once you have the smart home, you can add multiple family members in smarden mobile application which will give access to all the smart appliances to your family members as well and they will also be able to control the devices from their smartphones as well.

Smart home app devices and technology
Our solutions are retrofitted and we don’t want the user to replace their existing appliances to make them smart, the smarden smart switch goes behind the board to control the existing appliances from the smarden smart home app. At Smarden we support device to cloud communication model and most of our devices like smart switches, curtain controllers, smart video doorbells, sensors, security cameras, smart plugs, smart touch switches, smart MCBs are connected to the wifi directly and the devices don’t require any gateway, however the smart locks that we provide are based on BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) hence our app supports both wifi and BLE based devices.
